Gnomes for Homes is a special event that is taking place as part of the Area 22 Arts, Crafts, and Oddities Fair. Local artists have signed up to decorate gnomes in Halloween themes. These items will be available either for a donation or part of a silent auction. They will be on display starting on July 1st at the Downtown Neighborhood Association. All funds from the event will be donated to PADS of Elgin.
