You will need to sign up for the gnoll park run prior .
It starts 9 am. But I suggest we meet 8.40, to get together prior to the start.
I would like to invite anyone to turn up, to show support, even if they dont fancy the run,and to have a look and a cuppa and a post run social chat . ๐๐
