Roll and shape your own pillowy‑soft gnocchi. Our chef instructor will pair them with a truffle butter sauce, made to enjoy with our scratch‑made potato gnocchi. To complement the tasting, our Master of Italian Wine, Joe Comforti, will guide you through a perfectly matched wine pairing.
