In this hands on gnocchi class you will make Theresa Marie's (Launa's mom) potato gnocchi with Theresa Marie herself! You will get to take your handmade gnocchi home.Afterwards, you will enjoy a potato gnocchi meal paired with a salad and local artisan bread. This class is BYOB.
