Craftwork Studios presents the next Italian flight cooking course will be learning how to make a ricotta based homemade gnocchi and a simple Cacio di Pepe (White Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper) sauce.
A great class for couples and singles alike. We will be cooking both the gnocchi and white sauce. We will then sample it as part of the class. You can even BYOB of wine to accompany your taste testing. Besides the gnocchi and white sauce there will be other garnish items that participants can add to their gnocchi if they choose (i.e. sundried tomatoes, roasted bell pepper, roasted onion, roasted garlic, pesto base and possibly chicken)What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon and end it with a nice dinner!So if you are interested ….sign up and have your palate explore a great taste of Italy.
