Hello everyone,Welcome to GMU Open 2025! Below are important details regarding the tournament. GMU Open 2025 will be hosted at George Mason University in the Linn Gym at the Recreational Athletic Complex (RAC).
Duration: November 8-9, 2025

Parking: Free parking in Lot K on the weekend

SCHEDULE:
Doors open at 7:45 on Saturday. The first matches start at 8:00 am.

7:45am to 10:00pm
WS @ 8:00am
MS @ 10:00am
XD @ 12:00pm
Doors open at 7:45 on Sunday. The first matches start at 8:00 am
Sunday (11/09/2025) 6 courts
7:45 am to 10:00pm or until finish.
WD @ 8:00 am
MD @ 10:00 am
CHECK-IN: Please check-in 10 minutes before your event start time.
Due to our court and time restrictions, if you are not checked in or do not show up within ten minutes of calling your match, except in an emergency situation, your match will be forfeited.
Food is not allowed near the courts. We have a front lobby with tables and chairs where you are permitted to eat.

Payment:
The first match is $35, second $30, third $25
The player list will be posted on 10/28/2025. We will collect payment once we confirm your spots. You will have 48 hours to submit the payment. If we do not receive your payment within the allotted time, your spot will go to someone on the waitlist.
All brackets will be posted on 11/06/2025
Refund Policy:
You are allowed to get a full refund if you drop out before 11/01/2025.
