The GMU homecoming experience is NOT what you think it is…
Our GMU Black Alumni and Friends group representing DECADES (80s, 90s, & early 2000s) have created our own homecoming experience. Each one provides another chance to strengthing existing friendships while forging new ones. They also offer an opportunity for us to celebrate our role in laying the foundation for what Mason is today.
This year we're proud to support three charitable organizations founded by Mason alums (see below for more information).
Join the Decades at Homecoming 2026 (January 31st and February 6-9th). Get ready for plenty of excitement, laughter, and reflection. You won’t be disappointed. GMU whaaat!
