About this Event
This 35 minute on-the-mat workout will burn your booty, shred your abs and love your legs! Elite Personal Trainer and lululemon Ambassador, TJ of TJIFRIDAY FITNESS leads you through his favorite CORE, GLUTE and LEG sequences that will not only build muscle and tone but are a healthy safe sequence to add to your daily workout routine! ALL Fitness Levels** welcome and EVERY BODY is meant to be here.
5 Minutes of warm up and mobility lead into 25 minutes of fun, EFFECTIVE exercises you'll be feeling right away before a 5 minute cool down/meditation to appreciate our body and show gratitudew for the kickbutt workout it's done. PLEASE BRING a mat!!
