GLUTEN FREE EGG NOODLES TAGLIATELLE PASTA CLASS BY HAND (2 hrs)Learn to make gluten free - egg based pasta dough and stretching the dough with a roller (mattarello). The you will cut the pasta by hand with a tagliatelle cutter. You will make tagliatelle (fettuccine) pasta as well as a pasta sauce (you can choose one of the sauces below):
