Join us for an intimate evening of 100% gluten-free food, great conversation, and new connections with others who share a love for gluten-free food, travel, and living with celiac disease.
Come hungry, leave happy—and worry-free! Every dish will be safe for those with celiac disease and prepared with love.
We can't wait to dine and connect with you!
There will be a special $22 dinner menu (before taxes) during this event inluding a main course and a glass of wine.
Everything else of at regular food counter including gluten-free beer, additional wine, and desserts are also available for purchase during this event. We encourage ALL attendees to make a purchase during this event.

Cantine Pannella is a 100% gluten-free bakery and cafe with pastries, breads, ready-to-eat gluten-free meals and organic wines and gluten-free beers. The owners are very familiar with celiac disease as they both have members of their families who have celiac disease.
Cantine Panella has been certified by Coeliaque Quebec under their PGASG program. This program provides food services with the highest standards for the safe production and handling of gluten-free meals. Participation in this program demonstrates the establishment’s commitment to adopting best practices to provide gluten-free meals that meet the needs of people with celiac disease.

About Gluten-Free Globetrotter
Erin Smith is a passionate advocate for individuals with celiac disease and the founder of Gluten-Free Globetrotter. Diagnosed with celiac disease in 1981, she has spent her life navigating a gluten-free lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same.
As a pioneer in the gluten-free community, Erin believes in fostering a strong support network for those living with the condition. Originally from New York City, Erin recently relocated to Montreal and looks forward to connecting with other locals who also eat gluten-free.
Through her tireless efforts, Erin has transformed the way people with celiac disease approach food and travel. Her dedication to raising awareness and empowering others makes her a true leader in the gluten-free community.
