In this class, you will be guided in the creation of some tasty yet healthy gluten-free treats while you learn:
🍰 How to substitute oil and what to use in its place for all your gluten-free desserts, including baked goods, puddings, whipped cream, custards, confectioneries, etc. The list is endless!
🍰 What to use instead of granulated sugar to make healthier versions of classic baked or raw desserts.
🍰 How to make easy and delicious gluten-free sweets to handle any craving, from the rich flavors of your favorite cake to refreshing fruity indulgences, from creamy to crunchy, sweet to salty…we’ve got you covered!
🍰 Tips and tricks for gluten-free baking.

By the end of the session, you will go home with your own freshly baked and created gluten-free, vegan goodies, plus recipes that you can use as you continue at home.
*NOTE: This class is appropriate for anyone with gluten sensitivities, but anyone with celiac disease should be mindful and aware that the Horn Farm summer kitchen is not a gluten-free facility.
