Gluten intolerant/celiac? This one's for you!!This is not going to be your average cake decorating workshop, not only will you create your own floral wreath cake but you will also enjoy High Tea while you are doing it, an experience filled with joy, creativity and treats and 100% gluten free.
Includes:
*Your own delicious cake to ice and decorate and then take home with you.
*Learn how to create a smooth finish with buttercream icing.
*Learn how to create piped flowers, palette knife leaves and other piped details.
*All the equipment you need to create the Floral Wreath Cake during the class.
*Demo and instruction by me, plus help along the way.
*Yummy treats in High Tea style to eat, plus all the cups of tea you can drink.
*All the prep and cleanup sorted so you just get to do the fun part.
This will be held in my kitchen studio in Lower Hutt.
Cake decorating experience is not needed, all skill levels
welcome.
Please note I am not celiac registered as I do make non GF things in my kitchen but will be doing my best not to cross contaminate, but there is not a guarantee on that.
