Glute, Core and Cardio Fall Bootcamp
Join us for a high-energy workout session at our Fall Bootcamp! Get ready to sweat, tone your glutes, strengthen your core, and boost your cardio endurance. This in-person event will take place at 1320 Tecumseh Rd E from September 28th-December 14th!
Why our Fall Bootcamp?
This Bootcamp is designed to make everyone feel confident and comfortable in every movement we do, no matter what fitness level you're starting at.
To do this, we will take our first 4 weeks to focus on learning our basic, foundational movements to make sure everyone is on the same page and ready to intensify each movement going forward.
After, the next 8 weeks we will start progressive overloading our movements and up our intensity. We will learn different exercises, different variations and start our circuit style training.
We will be tracking our progress through measurements at the beginning, middle and end. We will also be tracking our energy levels and our weight progression (10lbs dumbbells to 20lbs dumbbells etc.)
