Glowing Goddess Women's Circle (Belfast, Limited Spaces)

I'm running a Glowing Goddess Women's Circle on Thursday 27th November 7-8.30pm.

49a Cregagh Road, Belfast, Barefoot Body & Soul studios (entrance is round the side of the building through the grey door up the stairs).

I'll guide you through easy meditation to connect to your power & feminine energy to feel relaxed, confident and glowing, gentle breathing and practices to connect to your body to release stress and feel amazing, journalling for clear direction, and sisterhood convos to connect with like-minded women.

Bring yoga mat or cushion to sit on, journal & pen.

Spaces are limited so pre book is essential.
