Join Stina for a Vinyasa style flow that'll make us all glow!
Please arrive at 5:00 so you have time to decorate yourself with (skin safe) glow in the dark body paint, glow bracelets and snag your spot!
Class will begin at 5:15.
Consider wearing some fun neons or whites that'll pop in the blacklights too!
Option to bring anything else that would be fun and glowy!
