Then flow through an all-levels Hatha-inspired practice designed to move stagnant energy and uplift your spirit. As the class winds down into restorative shapes, I’ll be offering hands-on multidimensional energy healing for those open to receiving (consent cards will be given out at the beginning of class).
This experience is more than just yoga—it’s a sacred space to reconnect with your body, your light, and your soul’s true frequency.
