Dance Yoga is a style of yoga that combines fluid movement with music into a yoga practice. Dance and fluid movement is a fun, non- intimidating way to experience the benefits of yoga. We will meet at 6:15 pm to paint and light up for the class.
Please wear white or glow in the dark colors.
Class will begin around 7.
$30 per person.
