***Please note that our policy has been updated to offer most flexible terms to our guests during this unprecedented time; the following policy includes any & all reasons for cancellations (last minute emergencies, exposure to illnesses, and all "one off" situations).***
NO REFUNDS will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel by 8PM the night before class, your payment will be turned into a studio credit that can be applied toward a future class within 90 days. To cancel & receive the credit, please email us at [email protected].
If you no-show for a class or don't email us by 8PM the night before your session, you forfeit your reservation payment and will not receive a credit. Seats are transferable, but please notify us via email at least 3 hours prior to your class with the name change.
