Are you feeling the call to provide empowerment classes supporting girls aged 10–14?We’ve all seen a concerning decline in confidence, self-love, and acceptance among this age group, coupled with a worrying rise in mental health challenges post-Covid. The rapid increase in smartphone and social media use has also dramatically impacted how young people—especially girls—experience childhood and youth. It has come very quick and often many reach out feeling powerless with how this impacts the children they have, work with or teach. I have ran various workshops the past year as well as speaking engagements on navigating the digital era. On reflection, the need for a programme, particularly for Giles aged 10-14 years has become glaringly obvious.
This transformational day will fully equip and train you to go out and run the Glow Girls Training-you will learn the tried and tested framework that provides young girls a space to learn emotional tools, self regulation skills, self acceptance and self love exercises, a safe space to have fun and feel free of perceived judgement and somewhere where they leave feeling brighter and more energised in their own Self worth with a toolbelt of skills
The only investment is the days training (and insurance which I can provide a link to that I use)
This full day training is jam packed and is to teach you to be a Coach for The Glow Girls Programme in your own right and start making an impact on the ground straight away. It can be used to run one off workshops, programmes and blocks of classes
