The light in me honors the light in you...
Join me for Glow + Flow Yoga, a fun yoga experience designed to help you shine from the inside out and have fun while doing it.
We’ll light up the room together and flow through an energizing yoga sequence. After class, we'll refresh with cold-pressed juices and socialize with the other bright souls in the room.
