On our 11th Birthday this year we wanted to celebrate with you, doing something outdoors (hopefully rain dependent) that would not only be a beautiful connection but something that will benefit everyone.So please join us, on Sunday, November 9th, for a 40min Pilates fusion session, designed to restore your body and mind, with the gorgeous Sam from the Wellness Club.
The event will kick off at 9 AM Please remember to bring your own Pilates mat for the session.
In case of bad weather, we have a backup plan: the session will seamlessly move indoors to the hall located right there at the tennis courts.
We have the girls from Roma Coffee brewing your coffee too, so bring along a card or cash for their coffee cart, but we will be providing you with your water bottle and collagen boost!
The amazing Holly (from Daily Goods Cafe) will also be there serving a selection of delicious breakfast snacks. To ensure we cater perfectly for you, please select your preferred option from the dropdown menu when you 'add to cart' on our website. This snack is included in your ticket price. Your choices include:
* Chia seed pudding
* Muesli cup (DF&GF) with coconut yoghurt
If you've been to Holly's cafe then you'll know how yummy these will be.
