Glow & Flow Yoga WorkshopGet ready to smile from ear to ear during this Liquid drum & bass yoga event, starting your weekend with an endorphin hit!
Liquid drum & bass is a sub-genre of drum and bass that uses synthesised and natural instrumental layers to create a soft EDM ambience.
We will be staying on our mat throughout the sequence as we synchronise our physical movement to our breath and the music. This technique allows you to create a deeper absorption of awareness through a rhythmic moving meditation while practising yoga.
The class will be strength inspired with challenging aspects, along with stillness and exploration of our own bodies mixing a variety of yoga styles, such as; Power, Vinyasa and Yin.
Glow & Flow is suitable for all levels as there will be options and modifications given. The event will be 90 minutes long to allow for a full body workout and sweat, a deep passive stretch and an extended Savasana (relaxation) at the end.

"Hello , my name is Georgina & i am a full time Yoga & Pilates instructor based in West Yorkshire. I love my job, meeting lovely people and helping students achieve their goals both on and off their mat is a daily reward for me. I gained my Yoga qualification in India back in 2019 and the practise has taught me so much more than the physical. The opportunity to learn about our inner wisdom and ground ourself throughout our practise is a gift that keeps giving.
