About this Event
Our panel of experts unpick the much-talked about release of land in the form of the 'grey belt' and to what extent it will unlock sites for development.
Whilst a relaxing of planning rules may open up sites, there are ever-increasing demands on developers to meet requirements, such as affordable housing and Biodiversity Net Gain, as well as financial and tax burdens.
We look at if and how these sites be made viable for development, with advice and insight from our expert panel.
We are delighted to welcome special guest, Paul Brocklehurst, Chairman of the LPDF (Land, Planning and Development Federation) and Paul Higgs, Founder/CEO, Millbank Land Academy.
We will be at the Pillar Room at Cheltenham's iconic Town Hall and will be joined by our usual panel of property experts and with our Chair, David Jones.
The event is kindly sponsored by Crowthers Accountants, Evans Jones and Converse Law.
Full panel line-up:
- Paul Brocklehurst, LPDF
- Paul Higgs, Millbank Land Academy
- Sophie Howard, Crowthers Accountants
- Charlie Cliff, Carbon Cypher Brokers
The panel discussion will be followed by a general discussion on the points raised and a chance to share common issues and questions.
As usual, there will be the opportunity to catch up and network with others in the property community.
We hope to see as many of you as we can!
