About this Event

For this special Forum event, we welcome Parliamentary Candidates, Rt. Hon Alex Chalk KC (Cons) and Max Wilkinson (Lib Dem), along with Former No.10 Director of Communications and columnist for The Times, Katie Perrior.

Just two days before the UK General Election, our discussion will cover manifesto promises and points that have been drawn out of the election campaign - around the issues that affect the property and development sector. Our panel of experts will discuss the key issues and look at policies proposed by the major political parties and their likely impact.

  • Housing policy - shortage and supply
  • Planning reform/green belt/grey belt
  • Landlord/tenant/Renters Reform
  • Environmental policy - BNG, net zero

The event is held in association with DevComms, who are specialists at political and stakeholder engagement, working exclusively in the built environment.
