June brings us the 6D vibration for internal and external explorations. The 6th vibration is the system based on the duality of the highest coagulated identity "power" (religion calls it God and Evil), and it reflects as a perceptual experience of heaven and/or hell. The religion's hell or heaven are not physical places as we understand physicality, they are ethereal systems that allow the "dream"/ Illusion of Separation to be experienced by spirits and identities. The physical experience of heaven or hell is only reflected here on the third dimension once an individual channels the illusion of those poles into their daily manifestation of life. Yet, the system of earth holds a lot of vicinity of wellbeing and balance for all so even hells or heavens will never be as extremes as people are able to align with.
In this session, we will explore our programs based on religion and fear, and work on the heart understanding of justice and the clear benefit of the emotion that comes from what people perceive as judgment.

What do you need? You might need to buy herbs for a blend, plus a space with a mat, cushion, and whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor close to the computer. 24 days resetting process
This is a process of movement and contemplation to create a deeper shift in the body's consciousness through pressure, surrender, and awareness.
This process can truly expand your self-awareness and energy with deep transformational impacts.
Set your alarm for these times.
If you are a very early morning person starts at 8am, if not, starts at 10am.
8am- put uplifting music and dance inflow for 5-10mins
10am- without music shake for 3-5mins
12pm- with music, dance for 5-10min
2pm - without music shake for 3-5mins
4pm- sit in contemplation and focus upon your breath for 5-10mins - you can do that even at work if you put 10mins on the alarm and focus upon your breath and being more present with what you are doing.
6pm- sit in contemplation and write down some points for the day, recap your level of presence and heart connection 5-10min.
8pm- switch computer and social media, also make it the last hour that you eat. Moreover, start to slow down your mind by reducing the lights.
10pm -prepare to rest or be already sleeping as this is a powerful time to start the night dimensional journey.
Meanwhile, start to watch for guidance through dreams and reality. Pay careful attention to the guidance that feels grounding and heart-centered.
