ABOUT:

Walk with a Leader - Hybrid walk. ?

Walk leaders: Jessika Lynch | Director and Chief Impact Strategist - Revolve Communications and Coaching

Estelle Roux-Stevens |Co-Founder, Mentorjam

Topic: It’s your time to shine. Join Jessika Lynch and Estelle Roux-Stevens on both a practical and inspirational journey focused on your path towards greatness in leadership. As we walk, we’ll explore two ways of giving your leadership and visibility a boost: mentorship and thought leadership.

Two ways to join:

Join locally: Meet up with other walkers + leaders. Listen on Zoom to the 30min talk, then we pair you up with another walker to discuss and get to know each other.

Join virtually: Listen to the 30min live talk while taking your favorite walk or from the comfort of your home.

The goal is simple: To move your body to fuel your mind, connect more fully with yourself—and others—by connecting with the world outside. Studies show you’re twice as creative while out walking as you are slumped behind your desk. And you need those big ideas to make the most of your big life.

Rain or Shine ☂️☀️…We know that October could be a crisp fall day or a rainy day. Let's embrace rain walks, venture out with us with an umbrella or rain gear. #makerainwalkingsexy

ABOUT ESTELLE:

I love building and creative thinking - professionally that translates to teams, cultures and communities. Personally, I am deeply passionate about the Power of Mentoring and enjoy talking, teaching and training on the topic. If you want to connect with me on how I can help you build a program in your company or community or you want to be a Mentor I'd love to hear from you.

My passion for Scale-ups can be traced back as far back as my first HR role working for a London based energy company. With now, more than 23 years experience in International HR, I've since spent most of my career working in the FinTech, IT, and Banking industries and has a philosophy aimed at challenging the status quo.

My goal has always been to build diverse environments where people-first cultures can thrive and flourish. Through my love for mentoring and creative leadership style, I've transformed small teams into world class, high performing Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.

Totally aware of the demands that come with balancing a career and family, and I do a lot of work with women on how to promote themselves in business and in technology. Over the last few years, I've helped a number of start-ups and scale-ups grow their business, establish strong female workforces and build thriving diverse environments. My expertise includes taking small teams to international heights, creating campaigns that cater to female audiences and building graduate programs aimed at female students.

Co-creator of two unique mini humans, an advocate for women in business, a tech geek and fitness nut. I believe that NO is a full sentence and I live by the motto "Never underestimate the power of a positive mind".

In 2017 I was nominated for a Woman in Tech award in the Diversity Category.
