Welcome to Global South Talks!
This is the place to both learn and unlearn many of the narratives that encompass the southern hemisphere. Our core objective is to foster greater awareness of issues pertinent to the Global South while promoting community cohesion through engaging talks and networking opportunities.
What can you expect from our events?
Global South Talks is an informal gathering where speakers from various Southern countries will share insights on specific topics, all framed within the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In this ocassion we will be learning about the unseen costs of Period Poverty in The Gambia. Following the talks, there will be time for snacking and sharing.
