The Global Motherhood Leadership Certificate Program (GMLC) is designed to empower mothers in leadership roles by applying Organizational Leadership theory to motherhood through four key themes: (a) Leadership Traits for Mothers, (b) Motherhood Leadership Behaviors, (c) Motherhood Leadership Dynamics, and (d) Virtual Team Leadership for Mothers. By the end of this program, mothers will unlock their leadership potential by applying leadership traits, body language, conflict resolution, and virtual team leadership in both motherhood and professional roles.
