Global Health: Principles of Practice

CGHP’s Principles of Practice workshop is for healthcare staff and academics of all levels and cadres who are interested, in the early planning stages, or who’ve recently participated, in global health work. The interactive, half-day workshop provides a vital introduction to the principles that guide best practice and the necessary steps to ensure health partnership activity is safe, effective, and ethical.

You’ll learn about CGHP, our values, and where and how we currently work with partners in the UK and around the world. You’ll hear directly from members and partners involved in the CGHP supported global health work, including nurses, doctors and allied health professionals, about their lived experiences and the learning and development gained from involvement global health work.

The workshop is also an opportunity to meet others who are beginning their global health journey and to consider where and how you’d most like to contribute.
