Hands-On Edible Education Opportunities for Kids
Join us for a Summer Cooking Skills Class – These classes will teach essential cooking skills, all while making some delicious recipes to eat!
Age 7-12
Take a trip around the globe, no passport needed. In this class we will create rich and
delicious meals from countries around the globe, all while exploring food history, customs and
nutrition.
Menu to Include:
Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi, Homemade Pesto
Sweet Crepes with Strawberries and Whipped Cream
Pease Note: We require all children to wear closed toe shoes, bring an apron, and tie long hair back. This is a drop-off class; no parents are permitted to stay during class time. All parents must sign a waiver upon drop off. We are not an allergy-free kitchen; some accommodation may be possible with notice. We reserve the right to cancel or change menu / chef talent without notice.
