We will link up in intention and practice with the global gong puja happening world wide. What is puja? Puja (पूजा) in Sanskrit means to honour, respect; homage, worship, adoration; hospitable reception or showing honour or homage in a house of worship, the temple.
Together we will learn and chant a powerful healing mantra, sending our prayers out into the world.
This is a practice that you can use in daily life to send healing energies to loved ones near and far.
A deep gong bath will allow us to integrate, journey and further empower our intention.
A gong bath involves lying cosily on a mat beneath a blanket, and allowing the sounds to wash over the body.
