Supper Clubs bring together women in business from across the panhandle to share a meal, mentor each other, and celebrate wins in life and business.
In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week, this Supper Club meeting includes a special topic and presenter: Burnout in professional women, presented by Lisa Rickeston, LPC. This session offers a supportive space to discuss the unique challenges women face in the workplace, identify early signs of burnout, and learn practical strategies for maintaining balance and well-being. Through Lisa's expert guidance and discussion, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and equipped with tools to navigate your career with renewed energy and purpose.

Meet Lisa! Lisa Ricketson was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle and continues to call this area home. She graduated WTAMU with a BS in Psychology in 2007 and a MA in Mental Health Counseling in 2016. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for eight years and has worked in corrections, with adolescents, and adults of all ages. She specializes in work on shame, anxiety, boundaries, burnout, and women's issues. She is DBT certified and also has been trained in FLASH technique, and has an extensive background and training in personality disorders.
