GAU will be holding a two day training camp in preparation for US Team Trials and US Open. Coach Dennis White, Rich DeGeorge, Dennis Kim will bring 3 different approaches to the training. First day will consist of multiple sessions, teaching training methods, strategies, S&C, etc. The second day will be match fights from beginning to end, coaches will evaluate and give suggestions to advance athletes game.Schedule:
Saturday- check in 8:30am
8yr-11yrs Blue-Black 9am-10:30am.
12yrs- Seniors 10:45am-12:45pm
Lunch 12:45pm-2pm
8yr-11yr Blue-Black 2:15pm- 3:45pm
12yr-Seniors 3:50pm-5:50pm
Sunday:
8yrs-Seniors
9am-1:30pm
