Did you know that your pelvic floor plays a crucial role in stability and therefore your skiing performance? Whether you're a seasoned skier or gearing up for the first time, knowing more about your pelvic floor can allow you to gain confidence on the snow. For those that attended last year, we focused on lower body stability and the pelvic floor. This year, we will focus on abs and upper body stability!
