Join us for the second Whiskey of the Month at Brass Fish.
The evening will be guided by Nick Waggott and Matt Lemcke, who will share insights into Glenfiddich’s heritage, craftsmanship, and unique cask techniques. Seating is limited to 20 guests to ensure an immersive experience.

Evening Tasting Experience
Guests will be welcomed with a Glenfiddich 12 Year feature cocktail created by Brass Fish’s own Edwin. He’ll walk you through the build, explain how to recreate it at home, and send you off with a cocktail recipe card to keep.
You’ll then dive into a guided tasting of Glenfiddich expressions with Nick Waggott. The lineup for the evening includes:
- Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve – Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in new American oak. Notes of baked apple, vanilla, and caramel with a lingering spice and dark chocolate finish.
- Glenfiddich Experimental Series #4 Fire & Cane – A peated single malt finished in rum casks, balancing smoky peat with sweet notes of caramel and toffee.
- Glenfiddich 18 Year Old – Aged in Oloroso and American oak, with aromas of caramel and vanilla. Smooth and mellow with dried fruit, orange peel, and subtle oak spice leading to a long finish.

To cap the evening, guests will have the option to purchase a rare Glenfiddich bottle at break-even pricing:
- Glenfiddich 21 Year Old – Rum-cask finished, with vibrant toffee, fig, and banana.
- Glenfiddich Winter Storm – Finished in ice wine casks, with luscious sweetness and warming spice.
