Welcome to the Glendale Chalk A Doodle Festival!
FREE SUMMER EVENT! FAMILY-FRIENDLY. We are BACK another year! Join us for a fun-filled day of chalk artistry and imagination, doodle exhibition, live music, and more at the Glendale Chalk A Doodle Festival, hosted @ Glendale Marketplace on July 20th.
Chalk Murals
Skilled emerging artists will create a large colorful mural walkway from Artsakh to Brand Blvd. and on the 2nd level outside of LA Fitness. Be inspired by the wonderful and fantastical designs - original and tribuitive. The art is fun & spectacular! And it benefits a great cause --The Light Bringer Project, supporting arts education programs.
Doodle Workshop and Exhibition
Whether you're an experienced artist or just looking to have a good time, this event is perfect for all ages. Show off your artistic skills or simply enjoy the colorful masterpieces around you. Create a drawing at one of our Doodle stations to display in the Community Art Gallery. Bring your family, kids, and friends!
Entertainment and Specials
Enjoy live band performances and take advantage of store & restaurant specials.
Come for Chalk A Doodle, Stay for Cruise Night! Its a community affair! Enjoy the art, live music, and specials during the day and then walk 1block over to Cruise Nights starting at 5:30.
