Glen Park School x Neighborhood Gardening Day

WHAT TO EXPECT:

For this work party, we will be prepping the landscape.

We will start the day with clearing away trash, weeding and pulling some ivy. Then we will work together to spread groundcovering and keep the weeds at bay.

In December, we will return to plant our native plants.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

Please dress for the weather and wear closed-toed, comfortable shoes. Long pants and shirts are also a good idea.

You are welcome to bring your own gardening tools, but DPW has also supplied us with plenty.

Bring water for while you are working.

CELEBRATE:

Light lunch will be served after we wrap up the days work at 12:00 pm
