Come out for a morning of ice curling with your fellow scouts at the Detroit Curling Club. The event is sponsored by the Great Lakes Division Venturing Officers Association (VOA). The event is open to all youth aged 13 to 20.BRING A CLEAN PAIR OF GYM SHOES with you. Please do not wear them into the Club but instead change into your CLEAN gym shoes upon arrival. This helps prevent dirt and debris from being tracked out onto our ice.
Clothing: Wear warm, comfortable clothes (athletic pants and sweatshirts, hat, gloves etc.). Preferably no fleece or jeans. The arena is approximately 40 degrees F.
Don't forget to bring your health form.
This event is limited to 32 participants so don't wait too long to register.
