About this Event
The Wedding & Portrait Workshop is an immersive experience designed to inspire creativity, sharpen technical skills and prepare you to take your business to the next level. This all day workshop brings together some of the industry's top talent who will share their techniques for creating stunning portraits.
Presentations will encompass a blend of topics with live demonstrations highlighting techniques from working in challenging lighting situations to posing couples, individuals, flat lays, event details and more. Participants will learn in both classroom style and smaller breakout sessions throughout the day.
There will be couples to photograph and you can expect to come away with portfolio ready images. Your ticket includes morning coffee and pastries, lunch and a drink at our closing happy hour. We hope to see you there!

As a teacher and educator of almost twenty years, I know the value of hands-on learning. That’s why I use the Socratic method to teach my photographic workshops. I present the concepts, demonstrate skills, and then put my students in the driver’s seat to practice those skills. I am there all the while, deeply attentive to my student’s experience, asking and answering the questions that I know from experience will bring understanding and growth.
