Glastonbury retreat day - An opportunity to help you rest, recharge, re-energise and reconnect to yourself and nature on the magical hills of Avalon at this retreat day with experienced facilitators Odette and Thalia.
It brings me great delight to invite you to join myself and Thalia who I am collaborating with for this amazing self care retreat day.
We are located at a beautiful retreat centre with stunning views of the Avalon meadows and river brue below with private gated entrance to the meadows.
Glastonbury is a magical place to visit and spend time on the land. Known as the worlds heart chakra and filled to the brim with esoteric and alternative shops. If you allow extra time on your visit you can also explore and connect with Magdalen Chapel, Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury Tor, White Spring and Chalice Well, Wearyall Hill and more.

This full day retreat with be an ideal highlight to any visit to Glastonbury and you will also have the opportunity to connected with other beautiful souls along the way.

Breath and gentle movement.
We will explore various meditation and visualisation practices such as yoga nidra, gong and sound baths, laughter and joy.
Connection with the spirit of this magical land +++ and optional moonlit! night walk. We are almost at full moon so with good weather this will be an amazing time to be on one of the magical hills of avalon for a night walk.

11.30am-6.00pm (arrivals from 11am for tea and biscuits)

The retreat will end around 6pm in time for dinner (not included)
There will be an opportunity to meet later after dinner for the night walk.

Please bring a packed lunch and something to share. We are away from the town so you will need to bring whatever you require for the day to eat and drink. We will supply a selection of teas. You are in Glastonbury so why not fill up with some lovely cool water from the white spring.
Refund/Cancellation policy. Note once booked the space is secured for you and this is not refundable. No refunds or cancellations. We do need a minimum of 5 participants for this retreat to go ahead so please hold on your accommodation until I confirm this.
