Blend fused glass and flameworking together to create a funky piece of glass art for your home! Artists will learn how to plan a segmented fused glass piece, flamework beads, and how to arrange it into a handing design. After fusing it in our kilns, projects will be strung from a driftwood display with wire or chain available to take home on the final day of class.
Thursday, July 11, 5:30-8:30PM Day 1: Planning, glass cutting overview, create fused glass pieces
Saturday, July 20, 10am-1pm Day 2: Flamework beads
Saturday, July 27, 10am-1pm Day 3: Project assembly.
Intermediate – it is recommended that students have taken at least one fusing and flameworking course before attending.
