♻️ Glass Engraving & Seaglass Workshop 🌊
Discover the art of glass crafting in this hands-on workshop with community artist and curator Alina Litvinova. Participants will explore two creative techniques: engraving on glass bottles or jars and making seaglass postcards. 💎
During a month-long art residency at Scot-ART, Alina taught a range of glass techniques – from engraving to stained glass – to over 20 people who had never worked with glass before. Their creations were later showcased in the exhibition “Exploring the Glass.”
The session encourages sustainability by inviting attendees to bring their own old glass items, which can be transformed into unique art pieces. Alina will also provide glass for those who prefer not to bring their own, and all materials for seaglass postcards are included. ✨
Ideal for beginners, this 90-minute workshop offers a chance to learn new skills, embrace upcycling, and take home your own handmade glass creations. Whether you want to try engraving for the first time or craft a beautiful seaglass postcard, everyone leaves inspired and proud of their work!
Celebrate sustainability and creativity by transforming everyday glass into art you can treasure. 🌟♻️
Refreshments included. 🫖
