About this Event

Hear about some of the histories behind the displays in the Glasgow Stories gallery in Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum and their connections to colonialism and transatlantic slavery. We will be discussing which histories are included in this gallery, which are excluded, and which histories should be represented. This tour will be led by Miles Greenwood, Curator of the Legacies of Slavery & Empire at Glasgow Museums.

We will meet in the Central Hall of Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. The tour is accessible by lifts and we will provide seating at regular intervals.
