The Presenters
At heart, Lillian Ser, Founder/Partner of Ser & Associates, is an entrepreneur, a trait she shares with many of her clients. As such, Lillian started her own practice in 2009 and has never looked back. Lillian’s education (M.B.A. and J.D.), coupled with her business and legal experience garnered over the years, prepared her for establishing her own firm and doing what she enjoys most – being closely involved in advising her clients on all aspects of their business, corporate and real estate legal matters. Lillian has become a constant business and legal advisor to her clients while functioning as their legal counsel with regard to all phases of their business.
Zachariah Evangelista, a partner in the firm, is a business and corporate attorney. He focuses his practice on providing legal guidance to innovative companies and entrepreneurs at all stages of growth. As a problem solver, Zachariah works with his clients to help them achieve the most efficient and effective solutions to the unique issues they face in the marketplace. Zachariah regularly advises clients on corporate structuring and restructuring, purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions, raising capital, product marketing and distribution, intellectual property protection, outsourcing transactions and service agreements. Mr. Evangelista also dedicates a portion of his practice to assisting nonprofit organizations with their legal needs.
