About this Event
A pro-active new employee onboarding helps to better integrate new employees into the College and achieve higher productivity, engagement, and retention. This session offers an overview on preparing for onboarding a new employee before their first day and expanding the overall employee experience to cover the critical transition period of the new employees' first 12 months at the College, as well as providing strategies to ensure the employee is set up with all the tools necessary to succeed in their role. This session will also offer beneficial recommendations to guarantee new employees have a wonderful start on their employment experience with the College.
