We're celebrating Women's History Month by honoring amazing women that inspires you or who you aspire to be. Let's give them their flowers!
About this Event

Join us as we celebrate Women's History Month and pay homage to the wonderful women in our lives or to the woman(en) that inspires us the most. We will also shine a light on National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, which is on March 10th. This month we will meet in person.

We will discuss influential women in our lives whom we admire or aspire to be. You can bring in a picture, your favorite book of a woman author, a poem from your favorite woman poet, or something else that represents the woman(en) you'd like to highlight.

We also invite participants to share their own personal pieces of work. So if you have a personal poem you like to share, a short story, artwork, or anything special to you, please bring it to the event.

We will meet on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Arverne East Welcome Center: 190 Beach 44th Street, Far Rockaway, NY 11691, 4pm-6pm.
