This is a workshop where women of any age, status or spiritual belief are invited to connect with their Anger and learn to express it in a safe and controlled way.
In a sacred space we are going to bring the intention to release and express what we carry in our wombs. You will be supported by other sisters and the facilitators will also assist in containing and controlling this expression.
We are going to work with meditation, shamanic journey, embodiment and expression through movement and voicing, art therapy and constellation of intention, TRE (trauma release exercises) and self-inquiry (in pairs and also in bigger groups).
The group process will include the following steps: (re-)connection, safe expression, mirroring, release, and integration.
If you feel you have stored and repressed Anger in your body this is the right place to join and learn to connect with it.
The workshop only has space for 7 participants. The value of exchange is set to 755 kr, to be paid by VIPPS or bank account transfer.
Early bird amount will be 700 kr to be paid before 13th September. Please book your spot in advance to: [email protected] to also receive info on payment.
We are going to have 1 h lunch break, and you are invited to bring your own meal. In between we are going to have 2 shorter breaks where we offer tea and dried fruits and chocolate.
Bring confortabel cloths to be able to move, an intention to connect with the Sacred Anger you carry inside and a bottle of water.
