Looking for a date night with your valentine? Start a new hobby together in this beginner-friendly, one time, 2-hour class. Experience the excitement of wheel throwing together and get your hands dirty as you learn the basics of centering, shaping, and forming clay on the potter’s wheel. You’ll create your very own unique heart-shaped bowl, or a small pot of your own making, which we will glaze and fire for you. No prior experience necessary – Just come prepared to have fun and try something new with your valentines!
Your finished piece will be ready for pick-up in 4 weeks.
Artist Bio:
Raquel Coburn brings over 12 years of pottery experience to her classes and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics. Known for her expertise and approachable teaching style, Raquel has taught numerous workshops on a range of clay fundamentals and techniques, helping students of all levels find their creative potential on the wheel. Whether you’re new to pottery or looking to refine your skills, Raquel’s patient guidance makes her classes both informative and enjoyable.
