Grief can be overwhelming. An abundance of thoughts and feelings that are constantly evolving. It is no wonder why our hearts, minds, and bodies find it hard to keep up sometimes. This workshop is a safe space for anyone navigating the pain of loss — whether it’s recent and raw or quiet and lingering from years past.Join us weekly from August through September as we gather to hold space for one another and process grief in a way that honors both the love we had and the pain we feel. Each class will start with intention setting and meditation. Followed by a dedicated time for reflection and journaling. We will cover a variety of topics throughout our time together.
This is a non-religious grief support group. If you or someone you know is grieving the death of a loved one, a major life change, or carrying emotional pain that feels too heavy to bear alone. You are welcome here, just as you are.
Please register ahead of time for each class. Make sure to bring your own journal, a comfy outfit, and an open heart.
We will meet weekly starting August 19th through September 23rd from 7pm – 8:30pm.
