Give Back Mat Class benefiting PFLAG Gillette, 6/22 at 9 am at the The Collective, 320 S. Gillette Avenue, Space 2A. Cost is $15 with $10 from each ticket given back to the nonprofit. Give Back Mat Classes are between 35-45 minutes and consist of beginner to medium movements that will help to stabilize and strengthen your core. All bodies who want to move are welcome (and encouraged) to attend; personalizations will be available for those who are new to the movement practice. There are no refunds issued. If you cannot attend, and have registered, your entire fee will go to the nonprofit. Please remember, the overall goal is to help raise awareness, money and support the nonprofit.
